this place rocks!

tech setup super clean room blackout curtains
I totally adored my cityscape king room! the tech setup was super advanced. I could control everything from a tablet. housekeeping visited twice daily. My room was always super clean. plus, the blackout curtains ensured i slept like a baby. I'm usually a light sleeper!

Acceptable Stay with Lingering Issues

small room incomplete curtains
The hotel's location proved convenient for accessing local attractions.
I found several issues that detracted from my experience. The room felt small, and we struggled to find space for our luggage. the curtains did not fully close, which allowed sunlight to stream into the room too early.

amazing room and service!

spacious room friendly staff amazing service additional cleaning
the room was spacious with a view. the staff cleaned the room more than once each day. the concierge service was amazing, staff were also very friendly. i really enjoyed the room.
the entrance is on a less appealing side street.

i used the bistro inside the hotel, and everything was AMAZING!!! the bar area offered excellent cocktails. the mixologist there made a version of a moscow mule with rye whiskey, delicious.

quiet room clean room convenient location
The Cityscape King room was very quiet. I stayed over the weekend and did not hear any noises from the nightclub or even the hallway. The room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping areas and restaurants.

high-tech delight!

touch control excellent shower relaxing oasis
i totally loved the high-tech features, especially the touch control blinds they were so fun to play with. the shower was excellent it had great water pressure. i really appreciated the open-air jacuzzi on the third floor it was a relaxing oasis.
the main entrance faces a somewhat less glamorous back street, slightly unexpected.

the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to many local attractions and dining options nearby i noticed several high-end shops just a short walk away the area felt very central. public transportation was also easily accessible from the hotel.

the bar area has a moody, nightclubby vibe, but the mixologist definitely knows their stuff i enjoyed some excellent cocktails there. the breakfast menu features marketing-speak, but the artisanal sausages seemed pretty normal. breakfast items arrived at different times.

every staff member i encountered offered really good customer service the team was helpful, providing extra blankets. the porter team was really good in their service they helped organize transport quickly. housekeeping service was superb.

my room was amazing with modern touch controls the firm bed ensured a restful sleep. the room was spotlessly clean and very nicely appointed it featured lots of innovations i found. the bathroom had heated floors.
